vegetable stir fry Recipe

Description a healthy fast meal
Time to prepare 5 minutes
Ingredients 1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/ cup snow peas cut in half
2 portobello mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup corn, drained
1/2 cup bean sprouts
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce.
black pepper
1 onion chopped finely
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions -Wash and prepare the vegetables.
-Turn on the fire and place in a wok the sesame oil and wait until it's warm enough then place in the onion saute until soft then add garlic.
-When the garlic is soft then add the vegetables-except the bean sprouts you will put it in last.
-Now add the soy sauce and black pepper and mix to coat the vegetables.
- You can now add the bean sprouts and stir.
-When they are ready put on a plate and serve with steamed rice. If you like your vegetables crunchy don't cook for too long.
