Ingredients Puffed amaranth, quionoa, wheatgerm, wheat bran, blackstrap molasses, barley malt, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pepitas, flaxseeds, pinenuts, peanuts, cashews, almonds, macadamias, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts, hazelnuts.
Instructions Mix all ingredients together and mould into balls.

This is really just a grab bag of all of those yummy and healthy little bits and pieces. No real quantities, just depends on how many you want to make. I make them in bulk and place them in the freezer, they don't really freeze as such but it keeps them stored without spoiling.
