|Instructions||Peel and wash potatoes
Cut it into thin slices
Heat cooking oil in long handle saucepan, half full on medium heat.
When the oil is hot, drop few thin slices of potatoes into saucepan and deep fry them.
Remove them from oil when they are golden brown and crispy taking care not to turn heat on too much. During frying, turning heat helps fry potatoes evenly without it getting very dark due to heat.
Strain and drain the excess oil on serviette/tea towel
Sprinkle pinch of salt and chilli powder/fresh ground pepper
Store the crisps in a storage jar when it is cool.
